We often hear people in Brussels' policy-making space asking the same question: “Is my workplace toxic, or is it just a mismatch?” Understanding the difference can be overwhelming, especially in the midst of high-pressure environments.
That’s why we’re introducing the Clarity Check-in Series, a monthly online coaching session designed to give you the space to reflect, gain insights, and take meaningful steps forward—all in a safe and confidential setting.
What is a Clarity Check?
The Clarity Check-in Series is a 50-minute group coaching session where you can anonymously explore challenges related to your work environment and well-being. Led by ICF-certified coach Svetoslava Stoyanova, these sessions provide an opportunity to put your questions forward, think through your grievances, and receive support from both the coach and a small, trusted group.
What to expect
Bring your challenge, concern, or question about your work situation. Whether it's about leadership, team dynamics, or personal well-being, this is your space.
A professional coach will guide the conversation, helping you tap into the insights of a diverse yet supportive group.
Through a unique coaching approach, thought-provoking questions will help unlock clarity and fresh perspectives.
While engaging in a group setting, you maintain full privacy in how much you share and what insights you take away.
Invest 50 mins in yourself to gain insights, feel lighter, and leave with actionable steps.
